A UK Investment Consultant is using CAMRADATA to create a buy list across Emerging Market Equity Funds. The most successful managers will be buy-rated and form the roster of funds to be used for new Emerging Market Equity mandates over the next year.

Successful managers will be invited to present on Wednesday 6th December 2023. All funds being proposed must be listed in CAMRADATA Live and returns must be up to date i.e. to 30th September 2023.

Track RecordThe fund should be over £50m in size and have a track record of 3 years or more
Performance TargetAt least the total return of a recognised global emerging market index. For active funds, an outperformance target of at least 2% p.a. will be required
InvestmentThe fund must be able to accept mandates of £1m. If the minimum size of acceptable mandate is lower, this will be to the manager’s advantage. We are keen to hear whether smaller initial investments will be accepted, either as standard or as a one-off consideration
Environmental, Social & GovernancePlease demonstrate the ESG considerations for the fund(s)
Investment PlatformsPlease state which investment platforms are hosting your Emerging Market Equity fund(s)
Fee LevelsFor the provision of services appropriate for defined contribution schemes we are interested in Funds that have a TER of 0.75% pa or less. However, for DB mandates we will consider funds with fee levels that are above this level but no more than 1% pa. The chosen managers will be required to offer preferred terms for investments via platforms where more than one scheme is investing via the same platform i.e. apply a group discount to standard terms
