Assisted Search: Private Debt
Deadline: Friday 17th October 2025
We are assisting a leading UK consultant by running a search for private debt funds focused on energy transition.
All funds being proposed must be listed on CAMRADATA Live, and performance data must be fully up to date i.e. to 31st August 2025.
This is part of our Assisted Search service, where we conduct searches on behalf of institutional investors with specific requirements. The criteria for this search are as follows:

| Management Approach: | Active |
| Currency: | GBP, EUR or USD |
| Performance target: | Minimum 9% pa (net); with income of 5%+ p.a |
| Structure: | Pooled fund. Client will consider SMA / carve out, see below suitability |
| Geographical focus: | Global / UK / Emerging Markets |
| Suitability: | Fund needs to be focused on energy transition. Client will consider an SMA / carve-out on only energy transition related deals. Within that the consultant would want managers with no or relatively low exposure to solar |
| Size of potential mandate: | Up to $50m with significant scope to grow over the years |
| Accepted Legal Fund Structures (e.g. UCITS, SICAV etc.): | Agnostic |
| Timescale: | Looking to assign mandate within 6 months |
